I couldn’t have been luckier to have a realtor friend living in Ohio prior to moving out of state! With her knowledge of the business she recommended that I contact an “A 1” realtor… JOHN FRANCIS. Mr. Francis is a mild mannered person, who often through my sale process (which I thought was moving slowly) patiently helped me “keep my cool”! John was always diligent in keeping me up-to-date on the activity happening with my condo. E-mails were sent to me promptly by John whenever I had a question.

John was able to sell our home even though it went on the market the very day COVID restrictions were announced. He was able to get our target price in a very tough market. John really came through for us. Had I used another Real Estate Agent, I would have lost 20 to 25 % of the actual sale price of my home. We interviewed many agents, he was the only one who saw the real potential of our home and how to market it for a maximum price.I would give John my highest recommendation and I base this on selling a lifetime of many properties.
